2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
• The product delivered was incorrect (wrong item sent).
• The product has not been opened or used.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with.
• Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or at a discounted price.
• Products where the original seal has been broken.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rawanaroots.lk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product if it is damaged or incorrect. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product has been inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact support@rawanaroots.lk and we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
